I'm sorry I haven't come back to you earlier but I've been terribly busy these last 2 days!!
However, the purpose of this email is to praise Barbican Dental for
it's superb service mostly carried out by you.
In as long as I've been working in Ogilvy I have been offering the Dental scheme as a benefit to my employees, I haven't encountered any complaints whatsoever

Dear Dionne,
Further to our earlier conversation I would like to confirm how pleased we are with the private dental plan that Barbican provides us with. It has reduced the number of occasions employees need to be out of the office for a length of time for dental appointments due to its proximity to our office and the addition of the Hygienist on site has proved a great success in reducing the waiting time for appointments which was an initial concern.

The fact that the practice is so conveniently close to the office means that the members are able to have regular dental check ups and be away from work for only a short period at a time. This makes it a very attractive arrangement with staff and employer alike.

'Currently 12% of our UK employees have joined the dental scheme, and 10% of these members have also joined their domestic partners and children. It is uncommon for members to leave the scheme unless they leave our employment, and even then they have the option to continue payments by direct debit, which they often do. The reason for this loyalty is that the scheme offers them excellent, nearby facilities, preferential rates and emergency patients are able to join the scheme immediately. The benefits to the firm of the Corporate Dental Plan include reducing the amount of time employees are absent for dental appointments and adding an excellent benefit to employee's packages. After the initial set-up of the scheme, the monthly administration is minimal and co-operation from the dental surgery is excellent. Any problems arising are ironed out immediately and the scheme members are always the prime concern.'

The scheme has been running for two and a half years, and the scheme works very well indeed. Being locally based our employees that are members find it convenient to be able to go for their treatment at lunchtime, saving them having to leave work early or arrive late. Membership of the scheme has increased steadily and I expect it to continue to do so during the rest of this year.
I have never had any complaints regarding the scheme or the treatment received.
I would be happy to recommend your scheme to any prospective new clients.
