“I have been most impressed overall with the service I've received in the last 3 years, as you know I've had a significant amount of work done and I've found the care to be excellent. All the dentists I have seen at the practice have been very good, personable, attentive and most importantly have made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatments (and I think I have seen nearly all the dentists at the practice!). The hygienists have also been good and offered some sound advice.
I have been very impressed with the way I have been able to get appointments at short notice when I have needed an emergency appointment. I have also spoken with a dentist outside the practice and have found that the prices charged are competitive (although it doesn't make it many easier when it comes to paying!).
The practice itself is as pleasant as a dentist's office can be! All the reception staff and nurses have always been friendly, polite and helpful.
The plan I am on is through my work and has saved me a great deal of money over the last couple of years with all the work I have needed doing - it would have cost me a lot more to go to a dentist on the street! Before joining, I did not have a good impression of dentists, having had some past disasters, but I no longer dread the dentist visit (which is just as well!).”

I feel completely at ease whenever I have treatment and never have the sensation of being on a conveyor belt - as some dental surgeries in busy areas do tend to have. If only I had met you all at Barbican Dental when I was 18 then I would not have all the trouble that I have now! In all the seven and a half years that I have been coming there you are always so welcoming, never a problem to book last minute emergency appointments to fit me in, nothing is ever a big deal. All the staff that work at Barbican Dental are fantastic, professional, very friendly, giving a first class service all the time.
